EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: We reserve the right to charge an additional $50 for an excessive cleaning fee if premises are left unreasonably dirty.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
Hosting or entertaining additional persons must meet management’s prior approval.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS:
I/we also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD the Fultz family and Woodward Crossings, Inc. HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, brought as a result of my/our involvement in using the facilities, grounds, services, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage or destruction, and death.

ROOM SERVICE:
Trash will be gathered upon request. Fresh linens and towels will be available upon request. Room service is available upon request for an additional fee.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made through email and followed by a phone call to confirm our receipt. Cancellations are subject to 10% of reservation total for a processing fee up to 30 days prior to your reservation. If cancelled within the 30 days prior to your stay, 50% of reservation total will be charged to your credit card. This amount may be applied to a future stay within 90 days of your cancellation. No shows will be charged the full reservation amount. All notifications of cancellations must be made by both email and telephone.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS:
For each additional person not appearing on the invoice, but appearing in the unit, we will back charge $50 per evening.
