EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: We reserve the right to charge an additional $50 for an excessive cleaning fee if premises are left unreasonably dirty.

DEPARTURE:
11:00 a.m.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
Hosting or entertaining additional persons must meet management’s prior approval.

ROOM SERVICE:
Trash will be gathered upon request. Fresh linens and towels will be available upon request. Room service is available upon request for an additional fee.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are subject to 10% of reservation total for a processing fee up to 30 days prior to your reservation. If cancelled within the 30 days prior to your stay, 50% of reservation total will be charged to your credit card. This amount may be applied to a future stay within 90 days of your cancellation.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS:
For each additional person not appearing on the invoice, but appearing in the unit, we will back charge $50 per evening.
